We had to get more chairs for the meeting as there were so many members arriving, plus two new members and two more guests!
We enjoyed three prepared speeches covering topics on mentoring, communication styles and how to use a slide projector for presentations.
Bill our Toastmaster of the Evening explained everything clearly and managed the evening well.
After the break, Table Topics (the impromptu session) was led by Monica who challenged us with questions on subjects like secret special powers and languages we’d like to learn.
Everyone received supportive feedback and recommendations for next time in our unique Toastmasters style.
The evening concluded with Mohammad winning the best speaker ribbon and Graham winning the best evaluator.
